i was schooled as a teacher... became a seller, grew first to a sales- later to a marketing manager and became general director. Now i support people in sales, marketing and in communication skills. As a commercial director i'm daily in contact with salespeople and customers ; as a trainer i use this experience to guide others to improve their communication.
